Social Enterprise Review

The Social Enterprise Review is a collection of opinion pieces written on social entrepreneurship. The photos I contributed were taken during several trips abroad while studying with and working for the Social Enterprise Institute at Northeastern University.

Tosser Magazine

Spreads from five photo shoots for Tosser Magazine published by The Boston Bazaar. In the last spread I took the photos of Steven Olimpio and Darian Springer.

The first shoot, “Concrete Warfare”, was photographed in conjunction with photographer Andy Dillon and is inspired by Dogtown and Z-Boys, a documentary about the history of skateboarding. The third shoot, “Identity Theft”, is loosely based on the “Number 12 Looks Just Like You” episode of The Twilight Zone where people in the future choose a model to transform into at the age of 19. As a result, almost everyone looks the same. The main character, to everyone’s dismay, doesn’t want to go through transformation and prefers to keep her identity. In the end she is captured and forced to go through transformation like everyone else, thereby having her identity stolen.

In addition to taking the photographs, I designed the first three spreads. More of my design work can be found here.
